Unfortunately, our boiler broke down unexpectedly without any prior warning, leaving us without hot water and requiring immediate action. As it was an urgent situation, we had to arrange the repair/replacement on very short notice locally through another company.

Really impressed with the repair service and assistance from the team and Generali coverage.

I sent in my Pixel 7a with a shattered display glass and got it back in perfect working order.
The service was super fast-they fixed it in a day and the whole shipping process via DHL took only 3 business days total. 1 day to reach and 1-2 days to reach back.
I paid about 8€ for the DHL transport including insurance which was worth the peace of mind.
If you're on the fence about using the insurance for a repair, don't worry, they're quick and they do a solid job.
